- 1 pinch brown sugar
- 2 qt. vegetable stock
- 1/2 block firm tofu (drained, sliced into ½” squares)
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch (mixed with 1/4 cup water)
- 3 green onions (optional)
- 1 bunch cilantro leaves (optional)
