- 40 sprays salad (wish-bone, spritzers balsamic breeze vinaigrette dressing)
- 6 cups spring salad mix
- 5 slices bacon, crisp-cooked and crumbled
- 1 avocado (medium, diced)
- 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 Tbsp. chili sauce
- 1 tsp. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 4 oz. gorgonzola cheese
- 1/4 cup red onion (chopped)
- 8 uncooked large shrimp
- 1 Tbsp. pine nuts

Directions
- Cook bacon in large nonstick skillet 8 minutes or until crisp. Stir in brown sugar until melted; remove bacon mixture and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in same skillet over low heat and cook garlic, stirring occasionally, until golden, about 30 seconds. Stir in chili powder and shrimp and cook, stirring occasionally, 2 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Toss shrimp with chili sauce in small bowl.
- Add salad mix in salad bowl. Top with avocado, tomato, bacon, onion, pine nuts and, if desired, salt and ground black pepper. Spritz with Wish-Bone® Salad Spritzers® Balsamic Breeze® Vinaigrette Dressing. Top with shrimp mixture and cheese.
