- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 lb. pork (boneless, very thinly sliced)
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 6 oz. green peas
- 1 Tbsp. ground ginger
- 1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
- 3 cups water
- 1 pkg. knorr hot & sour recipe mix
- 1 Tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. chili powder (optional)
- 2 cups regular or converted rice
- 1 sliced green onions (optional)

Directions
- Bring a little zen to your life...
- Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over high heat and brown pork and red pepper, stirring occasionally, about 3 minutes. Stir in snow peas, ginger and garlic and cook 1 minute.
- Stir in water, and next 3 ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until pork is done, about 4 minutes.
- To serve, arrange rice in bowl and top with mixture. Sprinkle with green onion.
