- 1 tsp. maple syrup
- 3 Tbsp. tapioca starch (organic)
- 1/4 cup water
- green onions (optional)
- parsley (optional)

It's up to the cook but the vinegar/pepper ratio really was not even close to what I expect from a hot & sour soup.
