I was so impressed to see how beautiful they looked after a few minutes of frying and I took a bite. So crispy crunchy!! They were wonderful! There was so little effort, and yet they are amazingly effective crunchy golden easy fried cornbread. Crunchy like Mexican corn chips or taco chips on the outside, and inside a soft bread-like texture. Awesome. You could add grated cheese peppers onions or whatever. Seasonings. I worried about getting an upset stomach. In case they weren’t fully cooked inside. So I left the last three in the pan on low. Perhaps you could put them in the microwave to make sure they’re really done. My microwave has a sitting for hold warm. That seems to cook some things at a low level of intensity. Or perhaps you could put them in the oven to continue cooking while your soup or what have you is being prepared

This was soooo bad. The tasteless part was the least of the problems. The mixture never got gooey. The entire blub was so crunchy I thought I would break a tooth. It tasted raw. I threw them all out. What a waste of food! Stick to polenta. You can put in in a bread plan to mold, remove, slice, bake. Delicious. YUMLY should remove this recipe from is repertoire.
