I’ve followed this recipe multiple times and it is always one of the best steaks I’ve ever had!

It was delicious! I liked that my house didn’t smoke out and liked how quickly I was able to cook my steaks. I’m new to cooking with cast iron so at first I tuned the burner on high but noticed that my skillet started to smoke. I removed from the heat and put burner on medium and while the burner was cooling down I added the oil and returned the skillet to the burner. Medium or medium/high heat seemed to be best for searing.
I will definitely be using this method again, thank you!

Great! Very easy to make. While the steak was resting I threw some shrimp in the pan. Surf & Turf!

I am new to a cast iron skillet. I like a pretty rare steak and so does the family. We loved it! The sear was tasty!

Turned out great. Probably could have stayed in the oven a bit Longer to get to medium rare, but you won't hear me complain about an under cooked steak.

Suuuuuuuuper easy and quick to make! I paired it with potato and asparagus packets and it was DELICIOUS! Will definitely be making again when short on time 😋

Made this exactly as per the instructions; this came out great and it's very easy to make. I would make this again
