- 2 oz. thousand island salad dressing
- 6 oz. provolone cheese (thinly sliced)

- 350 cheese (°F to melt, on bread, optional, but recommended)
- 1/2 sauerkraut (and drain, ; set aside)

- 4 oz. pastrami
- 1 slice cheese (on each piece of bread, you'll put a piece of cheese on the top AND bottom bun)
- 6 oz. provolone cheese
