- 3 Tbsp. Chinese sesame paste (or unsweetened natural peanut butter)

- 2 tsp. light soy sauce
- 1 tsp. dark soy sauce
- 3/4 tsp. chinkiang vinegar
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. white pepper (powder)
- 1/8 tsp. five spice powder
- 4 Tbsp. chili oil (homemade, Optional)
- green onion (Reserved, sliced)
- 1/4 cup pickled radish (or mustard greens or your favorite pickles)
