- 1 tsp. psyllium husk (powder)
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 cup milk (warm, it helps to deepen the flavor and produces a crusty outer layer)
- 1 Tbsp. pure vanilla extract
- 3 Tbsp. maple syrup (or honey)
- 3 Tbsp. liquid coconut oil (or extra virgin olive oil)
- 1 Orange (or lemon)
- 4 Tbsp. rice flour (sweet sticky)
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup (or honey)
- water (Enough, to make a sticky paste. Add water 1 tablespoon at a time)
