- 8 oz. crab (lump, you can also use claw meat here - I don't think it would make a difference)
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- paprika (for sprinkling on top)
- 1/2 Tbsp. butter (to dot on the top)
- 1 baguette (sliced, for serving)

When this first came out of the oven, I could not taste the crab. All I really tasted was the cheese. Two hours later, I arrived with it at a family gathering. Everyone LOVED it! The flavors had developed, the crab flavor was prominent. People asked me for the recipe. Make it! You will love it!
