- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 cups cream
- 90 grams butter
- 180 grams chocolate
- 2 cups icing sugar
- 2 cups cocoa powder (yes 2 cups)
- 1/2 cup golden syrup
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 500 grams marshmallows (toasted)
