- 2 jalapeños (seeded and diced)
- 8 oz. shredded mexican cheese blend (grated)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/2 lb. bulk Italian sausage
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. taco seasoning (or 1/2 packet)
- 1 cup pico de gallo (drained)
- 4 oz. mexican blend cheese (grated)
