- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 3 cups almond milk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla paste
- 1 stick cinnamon

Directions
- Heat sugar and water in a small saucepan until caramel forms. Heat the almond milk and carefully add to the caramel. Add the vanilla and cinnamon stick. Stir until caramel melts. Remove cinnamon stick and serve. Tip: Can substitute a vanilla bean for the vanilla paste. Cut a vanilla bean in half lengthwise. Scrape out the seeds with a knife and add to the milk mixture.
