Love everything about this recipe except the mayo. Has anyone made this without the Mayo / could you use sour cream instead?

Perfect recipe! I did add bell peppers instead of the rotelo. With some regular tomato sauce. Family still loves it!

Next time I will use a can of black refried beans and a can of whole black beans, and add cilantro.

super easy!! I was short on time, so I mixed all the ingredients together and microwave it for 5 minutes. gave it another quick mix and topped with cheese. put it in the oven till cheese was nice and melted and off to the family for food and football. It was great!

Extremely easy to make, made two batches in 45 minutes. Pair with a salty cracker or tortilla chip
