- 1 honeydew melon (small, peal, with no seeds.)
- 3 cups greek yogurt
- 2 tsp. cinnamon (grown)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup strawberries (chopped)

Directions
- This is very simple, mix yogurt, cinnamon, and brown sugar until combine. Cut the melon in medium size pieces and mix with the strawberries.
- Now, les make the parfait, place a couple of tablespoon in the bottom of a cup or glass, some melon mix, more yogurt and finish with more melon mix.
- These is a great after school shack, perfect for breakfast, and you will see the addition of cinnamon complements with the sweetness of the melon.
