  • 1 1/3 pounds honeydew melon (flesh, chopped)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • fruit (fresh, to serve)

    Directions

    1. In a blender or food processor, combine melon, sugar and juice. Process until smooth.
    2. Transfer to a large, shallow baking dish. Freeze for 1 hour 30 mins, until almost completely frozen. Scrape a fork along surface to create small ice crystals.
    3. Return to freezer for 1 hour, or until completely frozen. Scrape again until entire mixture resembles ice crystals. Serve in small glasses with fresh fruit.
