- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger (optional)
- 1/4 cup almonds

Directions
- Steam carrots and raisins on stovetop or in microwave oven until tender; drain.
- Stir in I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread, honey, lemon juice and ginger. Spoon into serving bowl and sprinkle with almonds. Serve hot.
