  • 180 grams cake flour
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 130 grams butter (softened)
  • 2 eggs
  • 7 grams baking powder

    Directions

    1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius
    2. Peel the bananas and add them to a bowl. Mash the bananas, and cover with lemon juice.
    3. Add the cinnamon, flour, honey, butter, eggs, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
