    Fantastic! The secret is in how well it is seared, everything else is easy.
    Agree with other reviewers....this is a keeper, especially for the youngsters. I purchased some bone-in thighs, with skin at Costco, non-organic. Organic was not available, due to Corona Virus-times - I usually purchase organic (at Costco). After Step 1 of letting thighs sear, I had so much fat and juices that it was difficult getting the thighs to get that nice sear. Had to sear much longer. Flipped and baked as instructed, and thighs looked good but not crispy. Removed all the cumulative juice/fat and placed under the broiler to get a crispy skin. Worked perfect and glae was tasty. Think this would be better with boneless thighs ?? Regardless, good sauce.

    So easy and delicious!! the ratio of the siracha to honey was perfect. definitely do the second baste!! i served with cheese risotto and that was a nice balance with the spice

    WAY to spicy for family. learned that the hard way. second time, used only 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon Sriracha in 1/3 cup honey. great flavors, and just a bit of heat.

    So tasty! i didnt have a cast iron pan so i just used a regualar pan. The skin didnt turn out crispy but it was still delicious.

    This turned out great! I added some chx broth to the oan when I put it in the oven to keep the chicken moist. Next time I will add more sriacha....i was nervous it would be too spicy but it was not. Overall super easy, affordable, and a short ingredient list puts this on my dinner rotation! Update...I still make this once a week months later....always a hit! I broil on low at the end.
