  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 3 cloves garlic (halved)
  • 1 pinch crushed red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 teaspoons peppercorns

  • 1/2 pound squid rings (and/or tentacles)
