- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp. allspice
- 8 small red potatoes (cut in half)
- 3 carrots (cut into coins)
- 3 cups frozen green beans (or Fresh)

Directions
- Grease a dutch oven with oil and preheat your oven to 450 degrees.
- Season the pork loin with salt and pepper
- In a bowl combine the honey, Dijon mustard, ginger, cinnamon, cloves and allspice... mix together until completely smooth.
