My boyfriend thought the glaze tasted like chocolate... unsure why. I thought the salmon was pretty good but would not pour it over the rice if I made it again. Also, the glaze had more of an asian flavor so I would pair it with vegetables as opposed to a salsa or hispanic side.

Turned out good. I had two large salmon fillets so cooked them about 10-12 minutes longer then the recipe called for but it came out perfect!

I baked at 400 degrees for 12 minutes then turned salmon and baked another 12 minutes. The glaze is amazing! A plus for this recipe!.

Amazing salmon recipe for any tastes... Balances sweet and savory in a way that anyone will love! We'll definitely make it again.

I fixed it for dinner last night and it was yummy with basmati brown rice. I do think skin on salmon is better because my salmon was breaking apart. I will use less soy sauce the next time (I was a little heavy handed) I had to add more honey to make it thicken. I loved it and I will definitely try it again. I'm having leftovers today for lunch :)

I made this last week for dinner and just got a request from my kid to make it again. This was awesome. I put it over brown rice with a side of vegies. Will definitely be making it again tonight. Really easy to make....
