Description
This easy honey-soy marinated cod is reminiscent of the high-end Asian restaurant favorite. The recipe is a Yummly original created by Sara Mellas.
Ingredients

2 SERVINGS
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1/2 inch fresh ginger (peeled and grated)
- 1 lb. fresh cod fillets (3-4 fillets per pound)
- nonstick cooking spray

Directions
- Whisk together the honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger in a medium mixing bowl. Place the cod fillets in the bowl and turn a few times to coat with marinade.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and transfer to the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, and no longer than 8 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Would have been helpful to know that the meal takes an additional 30 minutes to marinate.
