Very easy and tasty recipe. Didn’t have Bok Chou but Salmon turned out very enjoyable. Used a cast iron skillet with just enough olive oil & butter to start the filet stove top for about 2 mins then added the marinade and put under the broiler. Cooked for 7 minutes.
This is the third similar recipe I’ve tried and my bride say she likes this best.

The salmon was really good, fast, and easy! One thing I would change? Instead of adding the reserved marinade, just add garlic, ginger, and lemon. The soy sauce makes the dish too salty overall.

Very good recipe. This was my second time making it. Needless to say, I would make it again.

Was enjoyed very much...easy to follow directions. I did leave out the Bok Choy...made roated brussel sprouts instead and a spinach salad...will make again!
