  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless, chicken thighs (most of the fat cut and discarded)

    I turned out great! After the 40 minutes I put everything in a larger pan and broiled it for 5 minutes. The sauce cooked down perfectly and the chicken had a nice brown color to it. I recommend this dish

    Great! I used 15 chicken thighs with one La Choy bottle of soy sauce and two thirds cups of honey and let it sit in a container for 15 minutes then put it into a pan sprinkle garlic over the top and put it in the oven on 375 for 1 hour and should the juice over it the last 15 minutes and then let it get a little crispy for 10 minutes and it was great

    Great dish! I used chicken breast and kept the 40 min cook time but def will reduce by about 10 min next time. Wasn't too dry but it would've been much more moist had I taken it out of the oven sooner. Definitely double line your pan though! Marinade gets pretty sticky. Also I doubled the recommended marinade meausurements to have a bit of leftover sauce for rice, and used garlic powder, and ginger paste in addition:)

    Quick and easy. Prep the night before and you can just throw it all in a crock-pot in the morning befire work. Love it!

    Awesome dish!! I only had coconut oil at the time so I sub'd that as the oils. Probably my favorite dish. Different than the goal but still delicious

    Amazing, one of my husband's favorites! If u don't have enough soy sauce or enough honey as the recipe asks, it still tastes great!
