Tasted good but I would adjust quantities as would prefer a little less sweetness. And need to turn heat right up for last 5 minutes to get skin crispy.

This is a simple but very delicious chicken recipe. I would highly suggest allowing the chicken to marinate at least one hour as I did on the first try. Next time I’m going to marinate overnight and add 1/3 cup of brown sugar to the recipe . It was a homerun with the family.

Made it exactly as recipe states --- at the stated temperature it was cooked in about 20 minutes - however the sauce never thickened and the chicken definitely did not have the mahogany glaze showing in the picture. The sauce was thin and watery - not sticky. Even after putting under the broiler. Flavor was good but nothing special. Really wanted it to turn out more like a nice sticky glaze. I did use boneless skinless chicken thighs .

Good flavour, recommend keeping the chicken covered for most of the cooking time so that the sauce doesn't dry up
