I substituted maple syrup for the honey but it turned out great. Very tasty.

I actually cooked these in an air fryer/convection oven and left them too long so burnt them, but the taste was actually good and I want to try again! It is a super easy and quick recipe which I love!

Fantastic! The household favorite recipe for roasted sweet potatoes. I make this in a cast iron skillet, so I double the honey/olive oil/cinnamon for the recipe.

I'm not a fan of sweet potatoes at all, but this recipe definitely changed my mind about them. They're perfect for my meal prep and reheat very nicely.
