My loaf tray was slightly smaller than required so i got 2 batches but the biggest let down was that the amount of salt mentioned is way too high - definitely recommend reducing it to 1 tsp max. I also replaces the AP flour with 1 scoop of whey protein powder to increase the protein value of the bread.
