This is so good! The pork was juicy, and the honey mustard/balsamic sauce was present but not overpowering.

it was delicious of course we love anything with balsamic vinegar in it. i cant have carrots or potatoes so i changed out the vegetables to red and yellow peppers, red onions, and parsnips. they picked up the spices perfectly. Will be making this one of my comfort meals.
