I used chicken breast instead of thigh, so I cut each one into 3-4 tenders and marinated them in the sauce for an hour. I had no Brussels sprouts so I cut up a head of cauliflower instead. The chicken didn’t brien but it stayed tender. I boiled the marinade but ended up hanung to make more to serve at the table.
