This is the first time i have ever made something like this and I love how it turned out. I didn't have fresh Ginger so I used some of my powdered Ginger that I bought from bulk apothecary. I made this for a Family of 5 and the only complaint there was is there wasn't enough sauce to go with the rice but we will definitely make this again just double the sauce.

Delish! I tossed the chicken with Oriental Noodles and Peas and served in a bowl. Kids not a fan but my husband and I loved it!
