Very good. Love the tartness. Has a bit of honey taste when you try it by itself, but on some healthy (I buy the better kind) Nilla wafers, it's so good! I saw an idea online to add some raspberries with it, too, and it was quite yummy..... er, I mean, yummly!

Tart and lemony. I used a whisk and ended up with a mousse instead of curd. Now I know for next time, use a wooden spoon or spatula for curd.
