- 1 lb. shrimp (jumbo, 21 to 25 count, peeled and deveined)
- honey
- 24 fresh pineapple chunks (about 1-inch chunks)
- 2 Tbsp. honey

Directions
- Toss shrimp with Rub in large bowl until evenly coated.
- Alternately thread 2 shrimp and 2 pineapple chunks onto each skewer.
- Grill over medium heat 5 minutes or just until shrimp turn pink, turning occasionally. Brush with honey during the last minute of cooking.
