I was surprised that I didn’t burn anything!!!! And that it was so easy!
I was looking for a little more spice, so I threw some chili powder in the flour, but next time I think I’ll add some chili powder to the honey glaze also!
I can’t wait to cook this again!
I served it on a small serving of white rice and paired it with Brussels sprouts and bacon in a honey butter glaze!

Second time making this dish, and it turned out great again. I can’t wait to make it again. I love that it doesn’t take a whole lot of ingredients to make this an excellent dish. I recommend cooking it on low heat and gradually adding heat as I almost burnt mine on medium heat.

It turned out amazing! Simple and delicious and the whole family loved it! It’s a keeper :)
