- 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt ([I used lowfat])
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (chilled)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 Tbsp. orange zest (zest of 1 medium orange)
- 2 milk (extra tablespoons of, to moisten dough before/during kneading, optional)
- 4 Tbsp. powdered sugar
- 2 Tbsp. orange juice (fresh-squeezed)
- 1 Tbsp. honey (plus extra to taste)
- 2 orange zest
- turbinado sugar (or granulated sugar for sprinkling)

Delicious. Used sour cream instead of yogurt. Glazed both ways, 1/2 before; 1/2 after. Prefer glazing before.
Glazing before not as sweet.
4/12: Second time making. Added tsp of cinnamon & tsp of orange zest( dry). Also used buttermilk instead of ref milk. After traying, brushed with ref milk and sprinkled with more orange zest.
