The star of this recipe is the sauce. But be very careful as the honey can burn very quickly.
The problem with the directions , is the cooking time of the salmon. Way too long at 450. Sockeye is generally not a very thick fish, so it was very over cooked after 15 minutes.
Next time I will sauté the fish stovetop, make the sauce , maybe put it in the oven for a couple of minutes.
Overall a good dish, that I will make again.
