It was delicious. Even my picky kids loved it. The only problem was that I should’ve made more 😁

We cooked the beef for the 5 minutes stated in the recipe and it was way too long. The beef was horribly overcooked and had an awful burnt taste to it.
I might give this recipe another shot and cut the cook time in half.
Also, I wouldn't include the cucumber as a side. It made no sense with this dish.

OH. EM. GEE. That is literally all my husband and I could say when we made this meal this evening! We're kind of beginners when T comes to legitimate cooking, but we have managed to pull off three weeks now of different meals. This by far was the most amazing. Not as healthy as we would like, but so so so worth it! And easy!
