I wasn’t crazy about this sauce. I felt the addition of the lemon added too much acidity with the balsamic and overwhelmed the dish. I had to add more honey as the measurements didn’t create an even balance. I thickened it a bit with a little flour- but overall this wasn’t a win. As I said, was too overly acidic- it was just ok. I’ll stick with more or a marinade next time

Chicken had a fabulous texture with crispy exterior, nice and juicy and the sauce was AMAZING!

This recipe turned out fantastic! I added some rosemary and oregano to the sauce, and it turned out beautifully!

I love this recipe every time I make it. I usually pair it with brown rice and some kind of veggie. I also usually double the sauce ingredients and put a little corn starch in at the end to thicken the sauce a bit more.

The sauce that I drizzled on the chicken was to-die-for. You have to pair it with something that won't overshadow the flavor profile of the main dish. I served it with roasted asparagus.
