  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce (or tamari)
  • 3 cloves garlic

    Directions

    1. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
    2. Place the honey, brown sugar, and soy sauce in a large mixing bowl. Grate or press the garlic cloves into the mixing bowl. Whisk to combine.
    3. Place the chicken wings in the mixing bowl. Using a rubber spatula, toss the wings to coat in the honey-garlic glaze.

    I don’t know what y’all talking about. Granted a couple of the ones in the back were Crispier, but they were delicious overall. I’d say drop your heat down to 400° instead of 425° as per the recipe, and let it ride on out for about 33 minutes. Sweet doggy!

    I added a little bit of ginger and red pepper flakes to mine to the marinade and they were great! I sautéed the chicken with pepper and adobo seasoning too.

    Top rate! Will make again. Not that hard. My only complaint is the relatively quick cooking time in the recipe listing does not include the time needed to marinate the chicken legs. So if you schedule the eating time in Yummly the notification of when to start prep is inaccurate. But that is more an app gripe than a problem with the recipe.
