Excellent. First time and very pleased. They rose very well. I would suggest mixing all the wet ingredients separate from the dry before blending together.

Made these previously... needless to say I’m back for the same recipe. I switched out the honey for agave the first time it was great. This time I will try it with honey. Next time, because there will be a next time, convert it to a vegan recipe. The kids love them as well.
.. after making the original recipe I found it to be sweet I prefer the agave my girls loved them anyhow

Tastes great with red beans and rice. Used buttermilk instead of milk, whole wheat flour instead of all-purpose, and only used honey leaving out the extra sugar. Would be great with chili too.

Followed directions exactly the first time and they were great, The second time I substituted low fat buttermilk for the milk and they were awesome!

I just made these muffins and I use a cup of gluten-free oat flour instead of the regular flour and they are delicious. They are light and sweet and they have a crispy top just like I want
