delicious, my kids enjoyed them. they are flakey and buttery. they don't rise much but they taste delicious.

I have made this recipe several times over the past couple of months and each time it came out slightly different but every time it was very good. The nuance to making biscuits seems to be surrounding how gently you treat the dough. Once I got the hang of not overworking the dough the biscuits consistently come out tall, flaky, a thin crisp outside with a soft wonderful inside! My family absolutely loves them and I can turn them out any day of the week in a few minutes with less than 20 minutes of cook time even if they are 4" in diameter and 3" tall.

Delicious. Will definitely be my go to for biscuits. Only thing I will do differently will be to roll them thicker next time.

Perfect. Mine got a wee bit dark on the bottom but that's prob because I forgot about them :( yummy!

I loved these !! My kids love these all by there selfs ... even my husband loved them and he isn't a biscuits kinda guy
