This was delicious! I didn’t marinate the chicken for as long as I wanted to, but it was still delicious with the honey, balsamic dressing! The vegetables I had on hand was sliced potatoes, carrots, pearl onions and fresh green beans. I also added smashed garlic to the dressing and broiled it the last 10 minutes. Fantastic! You can’t have enough, as all the veggies shrink.
Will definitely make more next time. Don’t pass this one up!

We like this recipe even the kids. Yes they ate these vegetables which surprised me. We had bad weather on the day I cooked this so i put it in the oven, at 350, in two separate pans. One for the chicken and one for the vegetables. The other thing I did different is instead of pouring the dressing over everything at the end I brushed it on it as the food was cooking.
