Loved this recipe! Very easy to make and then pop in the oven. I didn’t have cherry tomatoes so I just used sweet onions instead and they were awesome. I also tossed the potatoes and onions in the remaining sauce (after removing the chicken) then put them on the pan with chicken and baked everything for about 40 minutes.

Great recipe but I agree it needs a little embellishment. I served this with left-over scampi angel hair pasta (no shrimp) and the garlic in the pasta really helped all the flavors blend nicely! I will definitely make this again and not be so shy with the seasoning!

Not bad but Ia bit bland. I boiled the potatoes for about 10 minutes before adding them to the cookie sheet.

Very easy to make! I used russet potatoes sliced in half moons. Decreased cooking time by 5 minutes bc I used steam convection. Will make again!

It was pretty Good. it needs more salt and cook the veggies longer and the meat the amount it says not longer
