Baleadas are made with homemade wheat tortillas, refríed beans, mantequilla (looks like sour cream but tastes different), queso fresco. We don’t put the onion thing they did in this recipe nor do we put any other type of cheese. Please don’t put cheddar cheese. You can also add scramble eggs and avocado.
