- 3 chicken breasts (boiled, then shredded or cubed, she recommends a whole chicken, but I am not so handy at the meats as she is, so I just use prepackaged breasts)
- 3 stalks celery (chopped)
- 3 whole green onions (chopped)
- 2 cups grapes (halved)
- 1 apple (small, diced)
- 4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp. greek yogurt (or sour cream, regular unflavored yogurt, or buttermilk)
- 1/4 cup dill (minced)
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds (they do not have to be Napa.)
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- salt
- pepper

As is the recipe was ok. it was really dry and the dill overpowered everything else. I made it again only put in 1/4 cup of mayo, most of a cup of Greek yogurt, and only a tbsp of Dill. After making these adjustments, this recipe was really good!

Easy to prepare and tastes just like panera! I used bone in skin on chicken thigh seasoned with just salt and pepper baked at 400F for 35-45 mins. Yummy!
