- 1/4 cup cream (Fresh, I use 32 to 36% fat You can use water or milk too!)
- 2 Tbsp. agar agar (powder/flakes, this is a kind of vegetarian gelatin)
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup (or ⅓ cup glucose syrup mixed with 4 tbsp. water)
- 3 Tbsp. margarine (for a more white fondant use Veg Shortening)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. glycerin (vegetarian)
- 1 kg powder sugar (approx. 1 ½ to 2 lbs., / Confectioners sugar)
- 1 tsp. vanilla (Clear, or other flavoring.)
