- 32 oz. beef broth (container, low sodium)
- 26 oz. beef stock (container, low sodium)
- 1 can tomatoes (Stewed Italian styled)
- 1 can diced tomatoes (with basil and garlic, no salt)
- 1 can tomato basil soup (Progresso)
- 1 can crushed tomatoes (Contadina, with Italian Herbs)
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt (Lawry's)
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 Tbsp. Herbes de Provence
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. dried parsley
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- freshly ground pepper
- 1 onion (large chopped)
- 5 carrots (fresh, or ½ bag of baby carrots, chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 potatoes (peeled and chopped)
- 6 celery ribs (chopped)
- 1 zucchini (chopped)
- 1 bag frozen green beans
- 1 bag frozen corn
- 1 bag frozen peas
- water (if needed up to 2 cups)
