Used olive oil as the vegan butter when melted was less than required.2nd attempt: Added 1 Tbsp Bob's Red Mill Egg Replacer, 2 Tbsp water, 2 Tbsp olive oil, 3 Tbsp honey, 1 tsp salt, 3 Cups of Francine flour, 2 Tbsp Almond milk, 2 tsp Yeast at the Express setting. 3rd attempt: same as 2nd but used 2 cups of Francine flour and 1 cup whole wheat flour and omitted the honey and ran under the "sweet" setting on my HamiltonBeech bread maker. The rating is for option 3. It was a bit too dense and not as fluffy as I'd like but super yummy!
