it is very good and easy to make, i used more garlic than what the recipe calls for. tastes even better the next day.

The sauce had a wonderful texture, creamy and not runny but it was overly lemony for my taste. Next time will use half of the lemon called for. Overall I really enjoyed it. Served it with toasted Naan bread and grilled chicken tenders.

This was amazing. I made it for a party and everyone commented on it. It looked like too much liquid, but after it sat for about 5 minutes it was perfect consistency. This will be my go-to tzatziki.

Well. I loved the difference between dry dill and fresh dill. I made a bit less than the recipe. I should have recude to one garlic. But it tastes refreshing and super tasty.

Delicious, adding this recipe to my back pocket for the future. Halved this recipe and had plenty for days. used on Chicken pitas, as dip for veggie crisps, and on top salmon with rice. So versatile and Healthy.

So easy to make, yet flavorful. I used cucumber and dill from my garden which added an enhanced level of freshness.

Wonderful! Added a TBS of sour cream and about 2x as much lemon juice. flavors develop perfectly after 24 hours in the refrigerator.

I added a little sour cream and regular plain yogurt in addition to all greek yogurt. couldn't find fresh dill so I had to get a squeeze tube from the produce refrigerator section. a little extra s&p and is fantastic!
