- 1 clove garlic (chopped, garlic powder works, too)
- 1/2 onion (chopped)
- 3/4 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup Sriracha (a chili sauce is traditional, but we like a hot Sriracha)
- 1 Tbsp. pickle relish
- giardiniera
- 1 hard boiled egg (chopped)
- salt
- pepper

- 1 Tbsp. pickle relish (giardiniera, is more traditional, but this is our version! I used a homemade giardiniara for this)
